Have you heard??

Mervyn's filed for bankruptcy. But why is this so noteworthy? I found out today that my beloved Arrowhead Mall, which is only 2 miles from my front door, is moving its current Forever 21 store into the newly-abandoned TWO-STORY Mervyn's department store building! Think 83,000 square feet of pure Forever 21 goodness! One of the largest Forever 21's in the country!! I've never been so happy for a store to file bankruptcy. Thank you Mervyn's!

    haha! yes, i have heard! i found this out about a month ago and called my mom with the happy news!! i was so excited! biggest forever 21 in the state right in our back yard! what a wonderful thing!

    Nice. I didn't know that. I might just have to drive an hour over to that side of town and have me a shoppin' spree!

    I do know that when Mervyn's was closing down on Stapley and Main, I got some smokin' deals.
